Carefully place the unworn shoes back into their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
